Do I Need to Setup an Account?

To checkout from Cart and Pay, you will need to setup an account online before you can make payment and schedule delivery.

How and When are the items delivered?

All products will be delivered using Hybrid Storage Freezer Truck in compliance to our Food Safety standards and requirements.

You can select your delivery date in the cart page.

How do I know if the item is Halal?

Products which are Halal will be indicated in the product description.
Halal Cert can be obtain from us by sending us an email to enquiry@waystar.com.sg with your order ID# e.g. (WSFS12345)

Why order FoodService Online and not Email?

Food Service Customers are encouraged to order via FoodService.com to help increase efficiency hence reducing manpower in order for us to keep the price competitive for our FoodService customers.
